I’m an associate in the New Ventures practice group. I focus on representing venture capital funds and emerging companies. I advise funds from formation through wind-up and counsel companies through the entirety of their business lifecycle. In short, I help Funds raise and invest money in companies, and I help companies grow and innovate.

New Ventures work is not merely a job for me; it is a passion. There are few areas of law where one gets to help others achieve their dreams while simultaneously creating jobs, helping others learn, and stimulating the nation’s economy.

In addition to my work in new ventures, I have experience working with exchange-traded and mutual funds. I also handle mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, federal and state securities filings and compliance (including public and private securities offerings) and corporate organization and governance matters.

I graduated from THE Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2020 (O-H!). Before attending the hallowed halls of Moritz, I was a graduate assistant for Morehead State University’s football team.

When taking a break from the New Ventures universe, my main hobbies are fitness and reading. I am a white belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and participate in Cerebral Palsy adapted CrossFit. I read everything from biographies to detective thrillers, so please feel free to reach out with a book recommendation!
