Gerena Gregory

I am an associate in the firm’s New Ventures practice group.  I focus my practice on advising and representing startups and growth-stage companies in business transactional matters from formation through funding to exit.

Prior to joining Thompson Hine, I was an associate at a Chicago law firm, where I drafted and negotiated corporate and commercial agreements for venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and debt financings. My experience also includes advising companies on general corporate matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, contract issues, and assisting clients with preparing minority and women-owned business certification applications.

In my spare time, I enjoy attending concerts, trying new restaurants, attending dance classes, blogging, and travelling.
