I am a partner in the firm’s New Ventures practice and the Corporate Transactions &amp; Securities group. I advise high-growth technology companies on corporate finance, technology agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. I also have significant experience with venture-backed and private equity-owned companies, which I counsel on corporate governance, debt and equity financing, and go-to-market strategies. When I am not practicing law, I work on my side hustle as the co-founder of a holiday company that was featured on Shark Tank and QVC. I also entertain delusions of grandeur on the tennis court as a weekend warrior.

2023 Startups Streamlined Series – Data Privacy Compliance

The June Startups Streamlined webinar has been rescheduled for July 18. Join us as we discuss data privacy compliance. Data privacy and consumer rights are growing concerns among the states, given the frequent adoption of new laws. While data privacy requirements are currently handled at the state level, companies must stay on top of newly passed legislation, how they differ, and what applies to them. This next session will explore the evolution and proliferation of privacy laws in the U.S. as well as their key differences and similarities. We will explore essential protocols companies should consider when developing and reevaluating their data privacy compliance.
