Pendulum Rockets Back in Favor of Investors with New SEC Fund Regulations

Newly effective rules aim to protect investors by increasing their visibility into certain private fund adviser practices, including those related to side deals and other “preferential treatment,” borrowing arrangements, and certain fees and expenses.
